Our Fees for Selling Personal Property

There are no fees to you (unless an appraiser is required) until your items are sold.  When they are sold  Ebay’s
Listing and Final Sale Fees are taken out first.  Our commission is then taken out and the remainder is turned over
to you.

Our Motorized Vehicle Sale’s Commission Scale
$1,000 to $100,000     =    10%

$101,000 and up......   =    5%


Our Standard Sale’s Commission Scale
Up to $10,000.........     =    35%

$10,001 to $20,000     =    20%

$20,001 to $100,000   =    10%

$101,000 and up......   =    5%


Our Finders Fee for Locating Personal Property of Interest

There are no fees to you until the items that you are seeking have been located by us and paid for by you.  Our Finders Fee is based on the amount that you paid for the items that we located..

Up to $10,000 Sale   =    10%

$10,001 and up         =     5%
