Kennedy Estates Sales is a full service personal property sales company providing services in the Los Angeles area and beyond.  We specialize in the sale of cars, trucks, trailers, motorhomes, antique furniture, china, crystal, sterling silver, bronze sculptures/figurines, paintings, jewelry, comic books, 35mm slides, 45 records, laserdisks, military memorabilia, toys and other notable collectibles.  We are also experienced in finding for clients, items of interest.

Our Services

The majority of our clients’ personal property both large and small, are sold through our Ebay store to customers worldwide. The advanatages to offering them on Ebay is that they are exposed to thousands of potential customers from around the world.  In our store we offer a variety of sterling silver jewelry, statues, figurines, antiques, audio books, dinnerware, 45 rpms, entertainment 35mm color slides, collectible laserdiscs, clocks, desktop items, designer sunglasses and other notable collectibles.  For those clients who have a house full of items they would like to be sold, weekend estate sales or by appointment only sales are arranged. 

Our vehicle sales are handled through our Ebay Motors department.  Potential buyers usually need to physically inspect  the vehicle before they purchase or make their offer.  We are always present during these scheduled meetings to make sure that everyone feels comfortable during the encounter.  Independent inspections are always paid for by the buyer.  Once the financial transaction has been completed and the title has been signed over to the new owner, Sold As-Is documents are then signed.  This is an additional way of releasing the previous owner from liablity of the vehicle from that point on.

Sometimes our clients’ personal property may require an appraiser to determine both their authenticity and value. Our appraisers have many years of experience in appraising collectibles from around the world.  The client is responsible for paying our appraisers for the appraisal of their items.

Our Procedures

We will photograph your personal property in the comfort of your own business or home.  We will then get as much information from you about your various items and we will then do further research on the internet.  When we have completed we will then contact you and advise you on what we feel they are worth and map out a sales strategy for them.  Your valued items stay safely with you until they are sold.

We will put them on Auction for the first week.  If they do not sell we will contact you and advise you on whether
they should go on Auction for a second week at a lower price or go on display in our Ebay store where our
customers browse through our various items all day.

When your items do sell, if they are small enough to be shipped we will bring you a statement and a check for them.  We will then pick them up, package and ship them to our customers.  We do not pick up your personal property
until we have been paid for them.

If your personal property must be picked up by our customers we arrange for them to come to your house and we greet them at your house personally, for the pick up.  We will never send our customers to your house without ourselves being present as well.

Most customers want to inspect vehicles before they purchase them.  We will arrange for them to see your vehicles
at your convenience and we will be present as well.
